Lead with a purpose.

2020 is here, and managers and organizations must be ready to overcome the people expectations to keep building the HR Branding and employer value proposition.

For this year, we are expecting to see the focus on succession plans, compliance, ethics and transparency policies, agility implementations, investments in culture transformation and purpose-driven leadership among other HR trends.

We will focus in the last one, lead with purpose.

What does it mean? Why is so important? How can I develop my leadership skills to get to lead with a purpose?

In the past, we saw bosses instead of leaders or managers, the defined role was to set the strategy and implement through a tightly controlled method to get anything done at any cost.

Now, leaders and managers are the facilitators to create the right conditions to get the things done within a healthy environment and agile culture.
